Industrial Gases

We supply gases to an assortment of industries including aviation, chemicals, marine, petrochemicals and refineries, etc. We supply industrial and specialty gases in an array of volumes and purities, along with related technologies and services; and a range of gas supply modes, including cylinder and bulk delivery, pipeline distribution, and on-site production.

We operate the largest network of high purity gas production plants with interconnecting pipelines and gas centres dedicated to serving the different industries in Singapore and Riau Islands.

Our production facilities

Industrial gas production and distribution has remained at the core of Air Liquide’s business since its founding in 1902. In Singapore and the Riau Islands, our robust production and distribution networks are engineered to serve the needs of our diverse customer base. Here are some of the production facilities Air Liquide owns and operates in Singapore:

Air Separation Plants

6 air separation plants integrated through over 200 km of pipelines, with a capacity of 4,200 tons/day.
Hydrogen Production Plants

A world-scale 100,000 nm3/h hydrogen production plant and 3 high purity hydrogen plants with a capacity of 1,500 nm3/h.
Carbon Dioxide Plant/Dry Ice Plant

Halal-certified food grade carbon dioxide is produced in Jurong Island.
Nitrous Oxide Plant

A total capacity of 700 tons per year of medical and ultra-high purity grade of nitrous oxide.
Integrated Packaged Gases (IPAG) Hub

Fill and test all kinds of quality gases that meet our customers’ standards: industrial gases, high purity gases, research grade gases, gas mixtures, and calibration gas standards.
Electronics Specialty Materials Centre

Produces and fills high purity Electronic Specialty Gases and mixtures in ppm level.
Cleanroom Fabrication Centre

Manufactures the equipment used in the Electronics Industry all over South East Asia,including gas cabinets, valve manifolds, and gas detection systems.
