I started my career in Air Liquide as an intern back in 2011 and was selected for the International Internship Program (IIP), where I was privileged to work in Paris within the Healthcare division. After graduation, I joined as an Operations Engineer to manage one of our Air Separation plants. Even though it is a male-dominated industry, I work alongside passionate colleagues who are willing to share their knowledge. Despite a tough environment, it brings me immense satisfaction to have contributed to the Group’s achievements. 3) Can I apply for more than one role at the same time?
Yes, you may apply for the roles you’re interested in, but you will only be considered for one.
4) When will I be notified if I am shortlisted for an interview?
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified. The notification period may be around 2-3 weeks.
5) When will I be informed of my interview outcome?
You will only be informed of your interview outcome if you have been selected. Selected candidates can expect a reply within 2 weeks.

1) Does ALSg offer internship positions for students with majors other than Engineering?
Yes, we do! Please check your university job portal for the latest openings.
2) Can I still apply even if my grades are average?
Definitely! We look for attributes beyond grades.
3) Will I receive a job offer should I perform well during my internship?
Interns who perform beyond expectations can look forward to being considered favourably for graduate opportunities upon graduation.
4) What can I look forward to during my internship?
Outstanding interns can look forward to being selected to participate in International Internship Programme and Summer School Programme to gain international exposure.
Future Leaders Programme (FLP)
1) How do I sign up for the FLP?
Click here to apply for the programme online.
2) I am a foreigner. Can I apply?
Yes, we hire locals and foreigners. You must be a fresh graduate with no more than three years of work experience.
3) What is the application process?
To ensure that you are the right fit, we put applicants through a three-stage selection process where we shortlist individuals at each stage:
- Online Application
- Panel Interview
- Assessment Centre
4) When will I be notified of the results?
We will contact all shortlisted candidates at each stage of the application process. As we receive numerous applications, only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
5) Will I be able to choose my preferred role or business line for my rotation?
You can indicate your preferred role or business line. We will keep your career aspirations and preferences in mind, subject to business needs.
6) What happens after the programme?
You will be posted to a full time role in a business line based on the company’s needs and your interests and potential.
7) When can I apply for the FLP?
You can apply throughout the year but the programme begins in Q3 of each year.
8) I am studying overseas now. Can I still apply for the FLP?
Yes, but if you are shortlisted, you will need to be in Singapore for the interviews.
