Safety Milestone: 1,000,000 man-hours without any safety incidents for Micron 10A F22!

Our Engineering Projects & Services Division (EPSD) achieved 1,000,000 man-hours without any safety incidents for the Micron 10A F22 project in 2020. This was a significant milestone for the team as there were many activities to be completed and challenges faced during the COVID-19 period. However, the team managed to overcome all these challenges by communicating and working closely together with Micron, Exyte and the various stakeholders involved. 

Despite being affected by COVID-19, there were several major Engineering and Installation activities ongoing, involving a large number of contractors; ongoing operations in the Fabs and multiple Fab utilities services that required to be completed. Performing these works was even more challenging, with the implementation of safety measures for COVID-19. By working with additional care and respecting all safety rules defined by Air Liquide and the local government, the team successfully completed these works within the schedule. 

This major achievement is attributed to the commitment towards safety and the continuous efforts of the project teams from Project Engineering Section (PES) and Manufacturing Equipment Section (MES) to attain safety excellence.
